Our Story
Oneway first began as a mobile home renovation company in 2016, when Joel, the company founder, left the property management field after 12 years. From there, we added large home renovations and then began to work with standard home renovations. When the pandemic shut everything down in 2020, Oneway adapted, and prioritized a contactless renovation process in vacant homes. Soon, we began to expand our teams and developed a duplicatable system that can be easily managed and operated.
Then, when the country opened again, Oneway refined both the system and the model for building the business, continually enhancing our approach. We recognized that continued growth needed to be inspired by a higher purpose and guided by strong values. Our experiences and challenges taught us that sustainable growth must be anchored in a vision that serves not only our team and clients, but the larger community as well.
